Job Description
Talent Development Program is a long term Internship programmed by Our Company. The benefit is you will be paid, have a TDP certificate (min. 3 months duration), and the chance to be hired by our company if you have an excellent performance.
What Will You Do :
- Creating content (video and image) for social media and campaign purpose; Update social media periodically (IG Reels, Tiktok, Youtube)
- Create weekly Content (Produce & Upload) for 10 - 12 totals.
- Participate in brainstorms and content brief
- Work together with the Marketing team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
- Conceptualize content based on requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and content creation
What Will You Need :
- Min. last year student or fresh graduate from any major
- Creative-minded and able to take initiative to work independently and within a team.
- Highly Interest in Invest-tech, F&B, and Developer (real-estate) Industry.
- Great communication skills
- Willing to do WFO in Tapos, Depok.
- Domiciled in Depok.
- Portfolio is required.
