You will manage the operational of our Villas at Bogor named Batulayang Riverside Villas.

- Excellent service to villa owners or client
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communicator
- Responsible to manage, coordinate and motivate a small team of staff
- Responsible to coordinate staff schedules
- Responsible to maintain good relationships with villa owner, manager & operational team
- Conduct regular briefing with the department staff ensuring good communication at all times
- Responsible to manage and coordinate routine checks on the property and the villas for any maintenance issues and anything that needs fixing

- Managing and coordinating routine checks on inventory level and taking inventory
- Responsible to have in knowledge of the Villa services, our operations and the surrounding local area to perform well
- Managing and keeping a tidy filing system, storage, inventory, & paperwork
- Detail Oriented & highly responsible
- Good Knowledge Online Travel Agent (Agoda, Traveloka, dll.)

- High school, Diploma or equivalent.
- Good in communication 
- Background experience in villas/hotels
- Able to multitask
- Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
- Preferably domiciled in Cisarua, Puncak
- Experience in hospitality management
- Strong background in guest experiences, sales & marketing, computer & data
- Able to operate Ms. Office Word, excel, and google sheets.
