Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This is a paid internship under the Talent Development Program aimed at students or fresh graduates interested in creative production.

Apa Yang Akan Anda Lakukan

• Create sales-driven content for social media (photo/video/copywriting)
• Develop scripts and storylines for content production
• Generate content ideas based on trends, brand needs, and campaign goals
• Participate in the end-to-end production process: shooting, directing talent, and visual execution
• Edit videos/photos for final publishing output
• Conduct content research & trend analysis to support creative direction
• Collaborate with marketing/creative team to execute campaigns

Apa yang Anda Butuhkan

• Active university student or fresh graduate (semester 5+ preferred)
• Strong interest in content creation & social media
• Able to write scripts and develop creative concepts
• Basic editing skills using CapCut
• Familiar with Canva/Adobe for simple design work
• Comfortable in front of camera is a plus
• Good communication & time management skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work with deadlines
• Portfolio is a strong advantage
