As a Sales Executive, your primary mission is to drive the sale of residential housing units. You will act as a professional property consultant, guiding potential homeowners through the entire journey—from their first inquiry and site visit to the final handover of their new home. Apa Yang Akan Anda Lakukan

• Identify, approach, and engage potential property buyers
• Handle follow-ups from leads across online and offline channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct product presentations, explain pricing, project details, payment/KPR schemes, and benefits
• Assist customers during site visits, negotiation, and closing process
• Prepare sales reports and progress updates regularly
• Participate in marketing strategies, events, open house activities, and field canvassing

Apa yang Anda Butuhkan

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (property experience is a strong plus)
• Well-presented, neat appearance, and confident personality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, target-driven
• Able to operate personal transportation – motorcycle required (active driving license)
• Placement Location: Depok & Cibubur
• Willing to work mobile, visit sites, and attend sales events
• Property Experience is a plus
